Integrating Google Workspace with TeamBuilder

In this helpdesk article, we'll guide you through the process of connecting your Google Workspace to your TeamBuilder account and importing all Google Workspace users for seamless collaboration and team-building activities.


  1. From the main navigation menu, click on "Settings" to access your workspace settings.
  2. In "Settings", click on "Integrations" to view the available integration options and click "Connect" next to Google Workspace.
  3. You'll be redirected to Google Workspace's authorization page. Sign in to the desired Google Workspace account you want to integrate and follow the prompts to grant TeamBuilder the necessary permissions.
  4. Upon successful authorization, TeamBuilder will automatically import all users from your connected Google Workspace account. Imported users will be displayed in the "People" section of TeamBuilder, where you can manage their access and permissions.
