Participating in Challenges

Challenges in TeamBuilder are an excellent way to engage team members, encourage collaboration, and promote corporate values. In this help center article, we'll explain how team members can participate in Challenges, complete activities, and earn points to contribute to their team's success.


  1. Access the Challenge from the Team's Challenge section or the Challenge activities section on the dashboard.
  2. Browse through the active Challenges and select an activity you would want to start working on.

  3. Follow the instructions provided in the activity, which may include viewing external articles, completing a task, or submitting an entry.

  4. Once you have completed the activity, click the "Complete" button to mark it as done.


Upon completion, you'll be awarded points for the activity, which will be displayed next to the activity. Your activity points contribute to your total Challenge Points, which are displayed on the main dashboard. Make sure to keep participating in Challenge activities to accumulate more points and improve your ranking within the Challenge.
