Creating a Challenge in TeamBuilder

Challenges in TeamBuilder are designed to engage team members, promote corporate values, and encourage participation in various team initiatives. Team Managers and HR users can run Challenges by following the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Challenges" section in the main menu of TeamBuilder.
  2. Click on "Challenge Templates" to view the available templates for creating new Challenges.
  3. Browse through the templates and select the one that best fits the goals and objectives of your team or organization.
  4. After selecting a template, choose the team you want to run the Challenge for by selecting the corresponding team name. You will also need to set the start and end time for the Challenge
  5. Click "Create Challenge" to finalize the setup.

Once you've created the Challenge, it will be scheduled to start on the specified date based on the team's timezone. The Challenge will appear in the "Teams" section under the appropriate status: running, upcoming, or ended. This way, team members can easily view and participate in the Challenge.
