Adding, removing or editing values

TeamBuilder provides a platform where companies can add and promote their core values. This feature helps to align the team's efforts towards a shared purpose and promotes a positive and productive work environment. In this article, we will walk you through the process of adding, removing and editing values on your TeamBuilder account.

Adding company values

1. Navigate to the "Settings" section of the TeamBuilder application and click on "Values." You'll see a list of existing values in your account.
2. To add a new value, click the "Add Value" button located in the top right corner of the page.
3. In the "Name" field, enter a clear and concise statement representing the value you want to add. In the "Description" field, provide a brief explanation of the value's significance to your company. This context helps team members understand the meaning behind the value.
4. Click the "Create" button to add your new value to the list.

Removing company values

If you want to remove a value from your account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Settings" section of the menu and click on "Values." You'll see a list of existing values in your account.
2. Find the value you want to remove and click on the trash can icon next to it, representing the delete function.
3. A prompt will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion of the value. Click "Delete" to proceed.

Editing company values

If you want to edit a value, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Values" under the "Settings" section of the main navigation menu. Here you will see the current list of values available in your account.
2. Find the value that you want to edit and click on the "Edit" button next to it. The edit button looks like a pencil icon.
3. A slide-in menu will appear on the right-hand side of the page, allowing you to edit the value or its description.
4. Make the necessary updates to the value or its description.
5. Click the "Update" button to save and publish your updates.
