What are values?

In TeamBuilder, values refer to the core beliefs, philosophies, and principles that a company upholds and uses as a guide for decision-making, behavior, and interactions with others. These values are an important part of a company's culture and identity, and they help to define what the company stands for and how it operates.

In TeamBuilder, values are used to align and celebrate team achievements through Value-driven ShoutOuts. All company members can use these values when sending ShoutOuts to their colleagues, recognizing and appreciating their contributions, and reinforcing the company's culture and values. By adding and promoting your company's unique values in TeamBuilder, you can strengthen your team's sense of purpose and identity, and create a more positive and productive work environment.

By default, all TeamBuilder companies get Intuition's values shared as an inspiration. However, we recommend all company administrators (IT & HR Managers) remove these and add their company's unique values.
