There are three types of manager roles that can be assigned on TeamBuilder. Theses are:
- HR Manager - this role is typically assigned to HR individuals who require full administrative access.
- IT Manager - this role is typically assigned to IT individuals who assist in setting up the company and integrations.
- Team Manager - this role is assigned to any people manager or ERG head within the company.
Below are the permissions for each manager role:
Function\Role | HR Manager | IT Manager | Team Manager |
Manage Challenges | ![]() | ![]()
Manage The TenSpot | ![]()
Manage Teams | ![]() | ![]()
Manage IceBreakers | ![]() | ![]()
Manage Banter | ![]() | ![]()
Manage Users | ![]() | ![]()
Manage Integrations | ![]() | ![]()
Manage Billing | ![]() | ![]()
Manage company values | ![]() | ![]() |
Unless a manager role has been assigned, users added to TeamBuilder are general users without any permissions. General users can participate in team Challenges, Banter, IceBreakers, send and receive ShoutOuts, get assigned to a team, and view content on The TenSpot.
