TeamBuilder by Intuition is a Software as a Service (SaaS) product that provides managers with tools to effectively build and maintain teams. The platform focuses on improving team engagement, fostering stronger relationships, and achieving better results for organizations.

At its foundation, TeamBuilder serves as a comprehensive solution for team management and development. It offers a variety of features that encourage employee engagement, support teamwork, and align with company values. Notable features include Banter, Challenges, and ShoutOuts.

Banter facilitates regular conversation and interaction among team members with AI-generated check-in questions tailored to their experiences.

Challenges are designed to support company initiatives, such as health and wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and employee training. By turning these activities into engaging and enjoyable experiences, Challenges benefit both individuals and teams. With ShoutOuts, team members can acknowledge each other's efforts and achievements, fostering a culture of recognition and aligning with company values.

A new addition to TeamBuilder is the User Guides feature. This "about me" section allows team members to share more about themselves, making it easier for colleagues, especially in remote and hybrid teams, to get to know one another.

TeamBuilder also ensures smooth integration with widely-used communication platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams. It offers Single Sign-On (SSO) access via Google or Microsoft. Additionally, the platform provides a curated set of videos that address both professional and personal development topics, ranging from workplace productivity to stress management and cultural awareness.
